At JJ Creative Capital, we believe in rewarding those who help us grow by connecting us with investors in need of fast, creative capital. If you know someone who needs EMD or double-close funding, we want to work with you.

What happens next?

We vet the borrower and the deal for eligibility. If it fits our lending criteria, we’ll move it forward for funding. At that point, you’ll receive a Lead Generation Agreement to sign. When the deal is closed and funds are disbursed, YOU GET PAID!
One agreement is created per funded deal to ensure clear terms and payouts.

Referral Types:

Type 1 - You're submitting a name and basic deal structure for me to vet, connect, structure, finalize, fund, & close with my team. *ALL Stack Method deals are Type 1.

Type 2 - You're submitting a vetted lead that fits the parameters of my lending box and plan to follow up with them as your lead, until close and maintain them as your lead after close.
